A 12-month warranty claim for quality issue

Fatork  offers a 12-month warranty directly sold by official website or other authorized sellers for quality-related problem starting from the date of purchase.
For an eligible warranty claims, products will be replaced with a new one of equal value.

How to process a warranty claim:

Email customer service at service@thefatork.com with the following information to start the warranty process:

  • 12-digit serial number (at the bottom of the item)
  • Order numbers from the online purchases through office website or other authorized resellers.
  • Sales invoice or receipt include purchases platform and date.
  • The customers will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Not covered under warranty:
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Products are expired of the warranty period.
  • Repairs through 3rd parties.
  • Damage from outside sources.
  • Damage from misuse of products including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly.
