Fatork offers a 12-month warranty directly sold by official website or other authorized sellers for quality-related problem starting from the date of purchase.
For an eligible warranty claims, products will be replaced with a new one of equal value.
How to process a warranty claim：
Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information to start the warranty process:
- 12-digit serial number (at the bottom of the item)
- Order numbers from the online purchases through office website or other authorized resellers.
- Sales invoice or receipt include purchases platform and date.
- The customers will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Not covered under warranty:
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Products are expired of the warranty period.
- Repairs through 3rd parties.
- Damage from outside sources.
- Damage from misuse of products including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly.
